It's too hot. Time for ice cream.

It's been 30c on the farm for the last 3 days, so the kids harvested some blueberries and we made ice cream.


Recipe


Ingredients:

5 dl heavy cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

300 grams fresh blueberries


Directions:

Whip the cream to soft peaks.


Then gently stir in the condensed milk.

Liquify the berries in a blender and stir them into the whipped cream and condensed milk.


Pour into a mold like a cake or loaf pan and place in the freezer.


Freeze for at least 4 to 12 hours before eating.
